RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your SPARROWS WEAVE purchase please contact us immediately by CLICKING HERE. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

FAULTY

If the product is faulty we will gladly replace.  Please notify us within 3 business days by email. 

EXCHANGES

If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Sparrows Weave. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product within 14 days.  If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For customers who live outside of Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SPARROWS WEAVE however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
